  • Did you sign your brief?
  • Is your Table of Contents Table of Authorities and Addendum or Appendix (non-MN courts) index included?
  • Did you number your Addendum or Appendix (non-MN courts) ?
  • Is your case number correct?
  • Are attorney registration numbers and phone numbers on the cover?
  • Did you use the appropriate size font for your court?
  • Is a Certificate of Compliance required?
  • Are there any two sided color, or oversized copies in your brief, and/or addendum/appendix?
